I am first hand example of its benefits. The programme provided me with scholarship which helped me in various ways in availing different resources relevant to the preparation. Apart from financial support, SPSSP also provides invaluable opportunity to interact with already serving officers who are more than willing to extend their helping hand and work as a mentor and guide. The whole system is such which provides a consistent sense of support, guidance and confidence.
